Welcome to Sruthi House. We offer structured, high-quality instruction in vocal music and the fine arts. Course fees secure student registration, administrative allocation, and dedicated instructor hours. The following terms govern course fee refunds for all registered students.
1. Eligibility Window
- Refund requests can be made before attending the 3rd class.
- Once the 3rd class has been attended (or missed without prior notice), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Partial Refund Structure
Eligible cancellations will receive a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting:
- A standard administrative processing fee.
- Pro-rata charges for the classes attended or missed without prior notice up to the cancellation date.
The remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
