Class Rescheduling Policy

Welcome to Sruthi House. We offer structured, high-quality instruction in vocal music and the fine arts. To maintain schedule integrity for our faculty and guarantee dedicated time slots across all enrollments, the following policies govern class rescheduling for all registered students.
1. Student Rescheduling Conditions
Because faculty slots are reserved specifically for each student upon enrollment, the following conditions apply to any request to reschedule a session:
Standard Notice:
- Requests must be submitted at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
- Reschedule requests made with less than 6 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated, and the session will be marked as conducted.
Emergency Rescheduling:
- In situations involving sudden emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling is permitted.
- To preserve faculty schedules and batch flow, emergency reschedules are capped at a maximum of 2 sessions per calendar month per student.
Rescheduling Validity:
- Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of the original session date, subject to slot and faculty availability.
2. Tutor Absence
If an instructor cannot conduct a session due to illness or technical issues, the class will either be rescheduled at mutual convenience or handled by an academy substitute. Such sessions will not count against the student's monthly reschedule limit.
